FAQs

Does ACEND contain sucrose, glucose or high fructose sweeteners?

No.  ACEND is sweetened with Reb M, a glycoside derived from fermented sugarcane that tastes sweet, but is not sucrose, glucose or fructose.  This is a natural non-caloric sweetener.

How many should I take per day?

For individuals suffering from more severe states, we recommend taking ACEND 2x daily, with a meal, preferably containing good fats, which will help metabolize the ingredients.

 

For individuals who are taking ACEND as maintenance, we suggest once daily or as you feel necessary.

Is ACEND plant-based?

Yes, ACEND is plant based and does not contain animal products.

Does ACEND contain protein or fats?

No, ACEND does not contain any protein or fats and therefore ACEND is not a good source of protein or fat.

Do I need a prescription to buy ACEND?

While ACEND is a medical food intended to be taken under the supervision of your medical provider, you do not need a prescription to purchase ACEND. Please consult with your physician prior to consuming ACEND.
